Are We Ever Going to Have a War?

There hasn't been a war between t two great powers since 19 forty five. We have discovered that, ayou don't have the bludgeon people to death. You can make a deal. So no, i'm not totally pessimistic. In fact, wee had the longest period without a war between great powers since some time in sumeria, in the last 75 years. And we now actually talk about teterrans in a serious way and it kind of works. Still requires large amounts of weapons, which is always a bit tricky and dangerous but nevertheless, o we're going to have the weapons anyway. At least let's have the idea of deterrence rather than victory.
