You have to really internalize those four reasons, i think, in order to embrace this concept of going slow. And so you'll have to try it for yourself, you know, pick pick a target pace, and really embrace in fact, but create a metric around going enough or slow enough on those easier recovery days. Give yourself two months to test it out, and just see what happens when you do that. What happens and how you feel on your quality speed days. Because i promise you, it will change the game.
