How to Slow Your Brain Down

I know for me, one of the ways that I've been able to at least accomplish some type of mindfulness is just hopping on like Spotify or something where there's guided meditations. You have to be aware and you have to proactively put these mindful experiences or meditative experiences because they're one and the same as a daily part of their life. So if it's 10 minutes of watching a show and you lose yourself into what's going on, then that's that’s a meditative experience where you forget about the rest of the reality. That engages your mind fully, which is kind of called mindfulness.
