The chronic effects of exercise on testosterone levels are quite unremarkable and don't seem to predict training response provided an individual is not hypogonatal, so below normal testosterone level. Drinking, smoking, sleep quality, sleep apnea, chronic inflammatory diseases are all like legit causes of low testosterone that are clinically relevant. And again, far surpass any of the numbers that we've talked about with respect to dietary pattern or exercise-related manipulations of testosterone.
