Sleep is incredible for helping us to manage our levels of stress. And it helps us to wake up more resilient to stress. If we get caught up in that unhelphful situation whereby we were experiencing poor sleep, then it will just sort of underpin that everyday resilience. But i can't suggest enough the power of just activating small, daily, healthy sleep habits.
