Is There Life on Mars?

The astonishing fact is that there is no evidence for life on mars. But if even one of the pieces of evidence could have a non-biological explanation, then there's life on Mars. What i don't know is whether it started there or here, or somewhere else. I think there there's good chance it started on mars, in which case it is still there. Once life starts and gets a good foothold, it can adapt to almost any conditions. It's even possible that life started on mars before it started on earth. Whether life on mars ever got to the advanced stage, and whether there was ever civilization there, is a subject we'll have to leave to future episodes.
