The Tension Between Youth Ministers and the Neoliberal Notion of Self
The decision-making process is connected to the neoliberal notion of self and how one allocates all of the energy you put out. I can't think of those happening in getting to that space where I wasn't also the creative innovative youth minister or or the minister who did a live podcast at a brewery once a month. When people actually don't have a even a narrative outline of some version of the gospel it's not horrible yeah I say.
