The Difference Between Topic and Focus
George: Topic and focus are often different things. In this one topic is unambiguously definite. William: English puts focus last typically, but we don't naturally topicalize very readily in English. The thing that made what I was most interested in proximate, obvious is how he actually used it in the translation.
