The new host of NPR Radio's "This Is Life with Nina dos Santos" says the show is going to keep changing. But it will not change all that much, Dos Santos writes in a four-part series on race and workplace issues. The changes are meant to be fun for listeners but they won't make every story any more interesting or challenging than other stories about people who have gone through similar experiences.dos Santos: We were trying to tell thus people to get over their feelings and give me a chance.
