Strategic Objective - We Pivot to Asia, but We Don't Do Chaotically
The quarton west, no matter what happens, is going to come out ahead from a strategic perspective. The europeans now think the russian threat, and it always was tha threat, but they now know that the r Russian threat is real. South korea just elected a very hawkish new president. There is a whole interesting new possibilities in terms of what can happen out on the korean peninsula. We should dedicate more resources to figuring it out than we currently have.
