The Mount Tabor Is the Mountain of the Transfiguration
A man named Syral, he was from Jerusalem. He mentioned in passing that the transfiguration is on Mount Tabor. And then his contemporary Jerome also kind of makes these statements and passing when he talks about people that traveled to that region of MountTabor. That was the mountain of transfiguration. It cemented the belief among Christian tradition that Mount Tabor was themountain of transfigurations.
