How to Start a Consistent Running Practice
Kathy says it's just getting started and making it consistent. If you start out smaller than that, I think it is easier to make it, keep going. For example, if you were to try the running streak thing and you don't have to make it a running streak, but I think that might help to have some little element of, of, uh, challenge in there. So we'll get to that next.
