Nathan: Recurring revenue is better than SaaS revenue, but in this case, it's not the only way to sell your business. He says most private equity firms generally have a like fun lifetime of 10 years, but I'd say most would probably aim five to 10 years for an exit. Public markets, yes, as a savvy founder, you should keep an eye on it, but it doesn't affect transactions at $35 million or even a 100 million according to Nathan.
