Do You Know When to Put Carbohydrates Into Your Diet?
I used to have my carbohydrates in the evening when i was watching t v and winding downbut m i found at one that kept me up at night. And now, if that's because it was giving me a spike witror, whatever, but i found that it was making me sleep a little bit less. So, yes, i've been doing it close to my run like this for probably a year, a year and a half now. The majority of my my carves are coming from fruitsd and vegetables.
