Is It Legal to Buy Weed?

CNN's John Sutter takes a look at some of the exchanges between border patrol agents and smugglers. He says it would have been cheaper to send arms over from Russia than build a wall. But instead, we're paying for ucranian citizens to have guns that should be kept in U.S., he writes. "I like how it's just do it yourself now, yes? Or one line, right? And no one knows how to do it."
