Wharton's Team Based Interviews

Wharton does not use the common recommendation letter. Instead, they ask recommenders to fell out a matrix of positive personality attributes and respond to two short answer questions at 300 words apiece. This year shifted the first question away from being no classroom specific and asking about how the applicant will contribute to the wharton community. The interview is and opportunity for you to express who you are, both as an individual and as a member of a small team.
