How to Distract Yourself From Hyper Focus
For me, the thing that works is distraction. I keep myself busy with other stuff and then I don't think about eating. Some people feel bad about feeling like they have to distract themselves. So I find other rewarding things are healthier rather than healthy. Things that reward me at the same time. It's a short term emotional reward. And put them on rotation because nothing works forever, does it? Apart from alcohol. Okay, I think we've dealt with that, Sam. Third question. This is from Ellen.
