Long term cardio work, we think is kind of overrated. We emphasize the importance of just lifting heavy and building your muscles in whatever way that takes. My personal recommendation is just buy a couple of kettle bells from amazon, get em shipped to your house. You don't have to make it very complicated. And so few young men are actually in decent shape at all. If you just spend even like, three months doing some of this, you'll be in better shape than 80 or 90 % young men its. This is even more true if you're middle aged, like me. Most middle aged guys are in appalling shape, and their lean body masses is like at its lowest point
