How to Maintain Stubs in Jango?

Jango is a dynamic language, with many features that are hard to type in. Aims to make it easier for developers to add types and stop files into their applications. Says current distribution of stubs isn't really independent from the main jango project. Also says adding stops can help detect bogs more easily within an application.
