The second treatment for this is hormone replacement. This is a personal choice that each woman will make as to whether or not she wants to do this and there's several factors that influence that. Your bedroom should be about 65 degrees so whatever temperature at right now, consider dropping it down if you like it 70 degrees. And maybe whatever exercise you're doing now needs to be stepped up as you're going through menopause irregardless of weight changes.
