We're definitely on the cusp of detecting gravitational waves background. I am confident that it should be detected very soon. You probably know more than you're letting on here, I think. So that's exciting. The signal comes from supermassive black hole sources and not a combination of them. Some of it could actually be from cosmic strings. Like, maybe that's what happened in the early universe? And who is to tell how it should work?
