How to Transfer Cryptocurrencies Over the Chain?

The biggest thing users need to look at is fees. Most crypto is pretty fee efficient, and i would just send it over the chain. It's the easiest and most straightforward way. Etherium has not been so fee efficient, especially if you're holding tokens. And then when you think about the ability to go froma buying something ot in exchange to a the hardware wallet. And then at some point if somebody wants to sell something and buy a house where they want to use the assets. How don't you think about ind of the best practices or design?
