Your Sole Purpose in Business Is to Solve Problems
All businesses, and particularly as a web designer helping people with their websides, the only thing you are essentially doing is solving a problem. And so your sole purpose in being in business is to solve problems. People aren't motivated to pull dollars out of their pocket to solve an external problem. They're motivated because i'm stressed out that i can't use my kitchen sink. If you talk about the internal and philosophical, that's whe we get people's attention.
