It's Okay Not to Be Okay

Find a community that speaks your first language and then that's an extra support as well. If you've lost your job, just keep getting up - it will take time for things to come back. It is okay not to be okay... we all need help sometimes. We're not robots and everybody is not perfect even though some people think they are.
