The Myth of the Rule of Law

When the bolsheviks took over, the idea of law became divorced from the idea of accumulation of decisions from the past. And we're seeing it now flected in people who grew up under that law school education are now judges increasingly. The same group of people running the world began to seize power across the globe in the twentieth century.
