The End of the Law
The author of Hebrews can say that now Jesus has established a new covenant, and that new covenant surpasses the other one. So this is the reason why, by the way, the apostle Paul told us in Ephesians 2, 15 that Jesus actually did abolish the law in a sense. This is even before the Kree goes to the cross, and he says, Father, I have glorified you on earth by accomplishing the work you gave me to do.
