Putting Chips on the Table, Playing the Game
Ralph, the study of technical analysis with great respect for Dow theory and the rest of it was done of a time of non-derivative instruments. For me, I've become very aggressive coming out of that October 13th low. So I'd say put chips on the table, play the game. What makes you feel like this has staying power? This is the early stages of something more sustained versus a head fake ahead of something that a lot of people say is a necessary byproduct of monetary policy.
