Do I Need More Restraint With My Body?

Pavarazzo: I try to get into some type of odd position with my body every single hour of the day that I'm awake so that I'm not just stagnant. Even while at home, I have the those base blocks things like the parallel bars or whatever. He'll do a few pullups in it or just do a hang on it and just do that while he's going through the day. It could be as minimal as that or doing 50 or 60 or sitting down in a weird position. But I've found that on my body is just feeling even better because it's like it's always greased up. And I'm trying to maintain that habit.
