Isn't John McPhee a Writer?
John McPhee's writing is so, I don't even know how to describe it. He was teaching creative writing at Princeton when I was there and I was too scared to take creative writing at that point. And doesn't he also talk about the start of Ice Ages or something? That was also 19th century where they start being like, how have all these rocks gotten into these weird places? Oh, that was Luis Agassi. It's up right up my my alley because you know, it's like literary, but like non-literary nonfiction.
