Fitness isn't rocket science, says the mero scientista. Understand the basic principles, apply them consistently. Eat protein, go for walks, lift weights and get to bed in time. Limit social media. Don't watch the walking dead at 11 pm. Before before bed, practise a martial art. Have ways of alleviating stress. eat more vegetables. Eliminate hyper paltable foods. Fast occasionally. It's kind of it, i wish, i wish i had more like magic secrets to sell, but i just don't.
