I think that some who decide to romanticize their life may end up putting too much pressure on themselves to have a picture perfect happy, fulfilling romantic life all the time. The truth is, it does take extra energy to romanticize your daily life. It's a deliberate choice that we make that takes a decent amount of energy to fulfill and to do. I think if you fall into a routine where you're looking at romantic moments in your life as a success and boring mundane shitty moments inyour life as a failure then you're doing this all wrong once again.
