How to Measure Outcomes in a Charity Program

Most charitable endeavors don't lend themselves to easily outcome measurement. One of the things one of the hacks I did with Duxina is we're not going to do things that are hard to measure impossible to make. We can't figure out our intrinsic value in most cases, so we'll just hack it. And then once we are limited in our case it was education and once we got to a program which I thought had really high returns on invested capital and was easy to measure.
