Is There a Need for Translation?

I think I don't have a specific thought about this, but then I see that you both come from policy background. And I feel that some of these policy related literature that gets produced in English needs also to come in local languages. People find it hard to understand policies or the incentives that goes into building a policy. So I think that's where a lot of work needs to happen and we've actually been thinking about it for a long time.
