Intentional, High Handed Sin
The author of Hebrews says he can deal gently with the ignorant and wayward since he himself is beset with weakness. The sins are unintentional in the sense that they're transgressions, but they're not intended to be repudiations of Yahweh and Moses or the whole system. So when a leader sends doing unintentionally any one of the things that by the commandments of the Lord is God ought not to be done,. realizes his guilt or the sin which he has committed is made known to him.
