Managers don't manage because they rely on their underlings to tell them what's rue. So the underlyng the underlings decide what's true, and that defines what a leader could even make a decision on. I think we're going to be o i think the recession, by the way, let me say this publicly. If trump had told you that suddenly two periods of a negative g d p growth no longer meant recession, whauld have supported that? Because the economy is a psychology machine. And i've often said that the role of a leader is to be more optimistic than the facts allow.
