Is the Demand for Office Space Going Up?
The mega consumer of office space has been those fang guys, right, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, Google. Most likely thing that comes out the biggest prize conversion to multifamily for big numbers or life science space. I think people will eventually come back to the market and we'll definitely have a trimming of some obsolete office buildings. But I think what we're going to have a prolonged period of distress is maybe sitting in mangatory assets.
