The point is to keep watching it even if you're not good at it. It's the sticking with it that's the meditation, not the feeling bad. So we've got in some ways really relaxation is close to breathing stuff because we're not trying to get quote unquote Zen,. We're trying to calm the fuck down. And that's okay. You don't need a gong and a class. But like, this is so subtle. I hate how subtle this is, but I'm going to really try and sell this.
