A lot of my focus was around ensuring that the Merck research labs returned to a situation where repeated success was something that we could expect from them. We were not a cancer company, we had no cancer drugs before Kichuta. So that was bringing in a bunch of people with skill sets and medical experience and scientific experience that wasn't resident in the company at all. And so this was a fundamental change in the culture by bringing those people in. But to try to answer your question, it's really about first of all, ensuring that you have the right leaders running all the critical areas inside the company.
