Gus: We tend to limit ourselves with our self limiting identities. Can we come over here and embrace a new identity of that thing that we would like to get ourselves doing? That's why i like with exercise. I wish more people would take on the concept of, i'm an athlete. And so every time i go out, so right now i'm adding planks, and i'm already thinking what i'm going to ad the sprints in.
