The Importance of Movement Trackers
Movement is like the application of pressure on different parts of her body. We should prevent these pains and alignments by using our bodies how they should be used, as opposed to waiting until it's too late. I guess that's why trackers and other forms of modern ways to monotise or gamify exercise are so popular. You need to be moving all your parts more often. Excuse me, but it doesn't have to only fit into the container of exercise. It's very similar to a just getting enough calories. The quality of movement of those calories is not even really being discussed.
