I'm glad to listeners in terms of that question of how someone like Philadelphia, Mayor Wilson, good can come out of a political milieu that was in some ways fairly radical. When Bell Hook says feminism is for everybody, she is echoing what has always been a basic assumption of black feminists. We've witnessed a significant shift over the past two decades as the leadership of black radical movements has become predominantly queer, trans and non binary. And this of course has been a major and much remarked upon development.
