We've had a five day work week for a century, and it feels like y hasn't things gotten better? Right? I too am puzzled, just to be clear, about how durable that has been. We have actually seen people innovating with tele commuting, with working at home,. So i see kind of more slow progress, more experimentation by employers. And we will connect conversion, but it takes a long time.
