How to Buy a Business - Cash on Cash Returns
Most of my deals have high double digit to high or middling triple digit cash on cash returns. And that hard acet is pretty easy to sell, typically one way or the other. There's usually not a lot of differentiation in the type of person that can buy them. If nothing goes wrong, i can break even entirely on my business purset purchase inside of two or three years if nothing goes wrong.
