Africana Philosophy in the 21st Century

20th century African philosophers began to publish books about the existence and content of African philosophy. We will spend some episodes looking at the different positions in this debate, even though now in the 21st century it is no longer so central to the practice of African Philosophy. In the second and third parts we will broaden our scope to include Philosophy, the African diaspora. This is not to say that we will have finished talking about philosophy on the African continent.
