How Do We Calculate the Energy of a Neutron?
We're made up of less than one per cent of all the mass density and ordinary matter in the universe. We predict a primordial abundance of helium of about 25%. It's actually a little bit less than that. And if you go through the calculation precisely, we can predict how much hydrogen there should be. Then we just have to go out and measure before stars started to form,. These vast limean alpha clouds, clouds of hydrogen and helium that were existing after the big bang. There is also another isotop of hydrogen, which is even more exotic, called tritium. I don't have access to thats incredibly dangerous, so i won't be doing any experiments with that.
