Is There Any Unifying Theory of Neuro Psychology?

If there ever were any unifying theory, it would be neuro psychology. It may still not answer everything, but it's the only thing that even has the potential to answer. I do think that artificial intelligence research, basically criss crossing a i research with nero science will get us the closest that we can get to it.
