What's the Difference Between by Laws and Smart Contracts?
A lot of what dows are doing you could do in any other corporate form, as an l l or a corporation. The difference is, i think that instead of having by laws that a lawyer writes up and people approve and shareholders sign on to, a lot of it's incoted in the actual code. And this is all happening transparently on the block chain. Anyone can go ou to look up our auditor smart contract and figure out how much money we have and how we're dividing it.
