So interesting, if a package is found to have security issue, someone can report that to the dow. If the dow ecides that its securitya issue, we can slash that package and the people who are staking it. This means that, if you you get more rewards for staking new packages. But if they're found to be fake, or the security issues, its not good quality, then you could lose your stake. It's effectively making wor for a start to create or economy for open source.
