Plato said in the Republic that when children are born and they're defective, you have to kill them. You interested in killing children in the name of having better people? I don't know a single person who would think that that's anywhere near appropriate. And yeah, can you design a society? No. How do I know? Never happened. Societies are an emergent phenomenon. They just happen. It's to follow along with Hayek as spontaneous order.
