I think too many people don't know how to listen to their heart anymore. We have really moved so far away from that in society and if we could get back to that we would be in such a so much better place. My system of four doctors doctor happiness is the chief physician who's responsible for establishing your values on how much movement you need what type of food  and having time for introspection and self reflection each day. I take responsibility for practicing making love in ways that allow me to let my heart paint let my heart choose which rocks to stack let my heart design my workout.
